One of Nigeria’s leading power generation firms, Egbin Power, has commissioned an innovation centre designed to equip students with entrepreneurial, practical, and creative skills needed to thrive in the modern educational landscape.
Head of Corporate Communications & Branding at Egbin Power Plc., Felix Ofulue, said the initiative aimed to create a dynamic learning environment that fosters creativity and innovation. Bright Gyimah’s daughter, Caroline Uzoigwe, commended the board and management of Egbin Power for naming the innovation centre after her late father, a former General Manager of the plant.
Speaking on behalf of the Governing Council, Powerfields Group of Schools, the Director of Governance and Sustainability, Sahara Group, Ejiro Gray, emphasised the importance of equipping students with skills for the future.
