Minister of Digital Malaysia, Gobind Singh Deo visited Macrokiosk Malaysia yesterday, a leading Asian enterprise solutions company as it celebrated its 24th anniversary as a proud Ciptaan Malaysia company with the official opening of its office, a Green Building Index Gold-Certified certified office tower that houses approximately 200 staff across 21,000 sq ft on the 35th floor.
Gobind had a first look at how Macrokiosk has successfully integrated Artificial Intelligence technology into its enterprise solutions platform that will be launched for businesses. One of the first Malaysian companies to receive MSC Pioneer status in 2001, Macrokiosk has come a long way and today has a multinational talent pool from 18 nationalities, where up to 80% of its 250 total headcount is based in the Malaysian office. It has been part of MDEC’s Gateway, Amplification, Invest, Nurturing programme since 2017.
Serving its 5,000 customers across 37 countries translates into more than 10 million daily end-user interactions on its enterprise solutions platform, which then translates to more than 8 billion transactions annually for the company which had US$63.6 million revenue in 2023.
