He's in competition with – and critical of – his former workplace

OpenAI co-founder Ilya Sutskever – who last month quit the GPT creator – has unveiled his next gig: an outfit dubbed Safe Superintelligence Inc. that aims to produce a product of the same name – without the"Inc."

The web page reads:"Superintelligence is within reach. Building safe superintelligence is the most important technical problem of our time." Building an SSI"is our mission, our name, and our entire product roadmap, because it is our sole focus. Our team, investors, and business model are all aligned to achieve SSI."

So that's a team of three. SSI is also"assembling a lean, cracked team of the world's best engineers and researchers dedicated to focusing on SSI and nothing else." Members of the team will work in Palo Alto and Tel Aviv, Israel.
